Getting a loan to start a new business can be a daunting task. The Women's Business Center can help business owners value their business, determine the amount of capital and/or loans they will need, and manage their business finances.
We have developed a special loan program to provide access to funds for those small businesses that are unable to secure loans through traditional means. The WCOF is accepting applications for loans of $500 to $8,000 through the Microloan Program to help fund business start-ups or expansions. The Women's Business Center would like to thank the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation for their generous contributions to the success of the microloan program.
We can also provide technical assistance to individuals applying for loans up to $50,000 through the Small Business Administration's SBA Community Express Loan Program.
We have access to several banking sources which specialize in loans of varying sizes to small businesses. Loans are available at reasonable interest rates and monthly payments.
